When will I get my order?

Portrait Art Turnaround Times:

Your portrait drawing usually takes 3 -7 days to complete, with a 1-3 day turnaround time for modification requests. You can also choose to skip the line, and get VIP prioritization! We will email a watermarked art preview once completed, then the watermark will be removed once printed and finalized.

Printing and Delivery Times:

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill (print) an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping/delivery time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

• USA: 3-10 business days
• Canada, Europe and Oceania: 5-25 business days
• Other International Countries: 10–30 business days

 

Full tracking is provided for the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, German, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, & Switzerland.

For any countries not listed above, tracking stops once the package is handed over to the country’s international carrier. For these countries, we do not receive additional tracking updates, therefore we are not liable once they have been transferred to the international carrier.
