    Made for real estate agents, teams and brokers, this closing experience pairs a keepsake of your client’s own home with three thoughtful postcards mailed during their first year. You choose the personal details and approve the artwork before printing.

    Your closing experience includes:

    • A custom digital house portrait based on your supplied photograph
    • Your selected client names and personalized wording
    • One glossy puzzle in your choice of 110 or 252 pieces
    • A matching paper puzzle box featuring the artwork
    • An artwork proof before printing, with one included revision
    • The finished digital portrait file
    • Three 9 × 6-inch postcards, printed and mailed separately around day 30, month six and the first home anniversary
    • U.S. puzzle delivery and postcard postage

    The postcards feature the home’s artwork and a personal message from you. Use the suggested wording or provide your own. All three mailings are included, with no subscription.

    How it works

    Choose your piece count and place your order. Then complete the design brief with a clear home photo, exact personalization, closing date and delivery details.

    Review your digital artwork proof and request your included revision if needed. After approval, your puzzle and matching box are printed and shipped.

    Your three postcards are mailed separately during the following year, using the closing date and recipient address you supply.

    Celebrate a first purchase, a relocation or another chapter in your client’s life. Their home, their names and your message make the gift personal to the relationship you helped build.

    Your emailed portrait drawing usually takes 3 to 7 days. You can also choose to skip the line, and get VIP prioritization!

    If you decide to print your art with us; printing, framing and dispatch takes around 2-5 business days. Then the delivery times depends on your location:

    - USA: 3-10 business days

    - Canada, Europe and Oceania: 5-25 business days

    - Other International Countries: 10–30 business days

    Can I have my printed art delivered under a week?

    For rush orders with strict 1-2 week deadlines: We suggest to order only the digital printable file and skip the print add-ons, then get the art printed at your local print shops.

    We recommend to check "skip the line" at checkout for rush orders.

    Return policy

    We stand behind the quality of our products & guarantee our workmanship 100%. Due to its personalized nature, we also do not accept refunds once the art is finished and submitted to you. But don't worry! With our years of experience serving customers like you, we do accept modification requests until you are fully satisfied.

    If you do decide to print with us, defects or errors in printing will result in a replacement at no charge — simply submit a support request with a photo of the items, & we will issue an immediate replacement. We got your back!

    Yes it is, it's a popular option by many clients! Select "yes" at "would you like a customized background" and either upload a specific background of your choice, or type in a description of your preferred background and we'll gladly accomodate!

    Can I order a digital file only?

    Absolutely! If you'd like to print and frame your portrait yourself, you can skip the printing options offered.

    Can I get your help selecting the best photo?
